Back in the saddle again…

…and it hurts! The good news is that, this time, my husband is joining me! I’m going to have an awesome running buddy who I already know I love hanging out with. It’s a win-win. This week, he’s testing the waters with some of the classes I love - bootcamp, spinning, even some reformer pilates and yoga (you can never underestimate the importance of staying flexible!). So excited!! Now, if only I could turn off Sons of Anarchy (darn you netflix) at a decent hour so that I got plenty of sleep, I’d be set…

I LOVE this! Little workouts that you can do anywhere. :) I especially love the squats and calf raises while brushing you teeth…and the Invisible Chair. :)

Sometimes you are just exhausted.

I’ve been slacking on my workouts. I felt tired and unbalanced. Waking up at 4 in the morning every day can really wear a person out. I want to lose this last 30 pounds but apparently not as much as I’ve been wanting to sleep in. I’m getting back on the horse though… Slowly.
